In the vibrant city of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain, a groundbreaking co-living development, featuring 37 meticulously designed dwellings, has recently reached completion. This innovative 'build-to-rent' structure is the brainchild of the renowned architectural firm b720 Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos, led by Lead Architect Fermín Vázquez. Finished in 2022, the project encompasses an impressive area of 4509 square meters. Nestled in a dynamic peripheral zone, an area historically industrial but now gradually transitioning into a residential hub, the building’s design was strategically shaped by its unique surroundings and economic considerations. The architectural team, including Peco Mulet, Pablo Garrido, Elisabet Usón, Luis Bellera, Carlos Maristany, and Eduardo Palao, focused on creating a solution that capitalized on natural elements like optimal orientation and abundant sunlight.
